Scott has over 32 years of pharma experience at Bayer Pharmaceuticals covering both oncology drug discovery and development. Scott led a team of oncology discovery scientists which resulted in three oncology drug approvals (Sorafenib/Nexavar, Regorafenib/Stivarga, and Copanlisib/Aliqopa) in 17 years as bench scientist and director for oncology research team at Bayer. Scott transitioned to Bayer Oncology Global Medical Affairs where he supported both branded drugs and oncology pipeline agents. Scott had the opportunity to work closely with NCI CTEP Investigational Drug Branch on multiple preclinical and clinical study collaborations involving Bayer Oncology Pipeline Agents. Scott enjoys playing golf, gardening, and traveling.
