These physicians design cost-efficient and innovative clinical trials to create or achieve Proof of Concept (POC) in humans/clinical. They also design clinical and regulatory strategies to build investor’s confidence in their program. In many cases, these experts join our partner companies as Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to enhance their management team. They will lead the Clinical Drug Development Activities to bring in other members of BusStim’s clinical experts as needed.

Executive/ Entrepreneur in Residence Team
Here are a few of our featured members from our EIR Team
Our executive/entrepreneur in residence team is made up of former Pharma Business Development & Commercialization executives and Biotech C-Level executives. These EIRs join our partner companies as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Chief Business Officer (CBO) to enhance their management team. In this capacity, the CEO will lead the fundraising and Pharma partnering effort, working with the BusStim’s partners utilizing our resources and collective investment/Pharma contacts. The CEO will also gain the confidence of the investors to lead the companies' fundraising.
